Photo doesn’t even show how beautiful they are! I don’t trust anyone else to do my nails!!!! They’re amazing! I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here too!!! I’ve never allowed anyone to do them besides me and I’m so glad I let her because they came out perfect!
i’ve been going here for a little now and i love the staff they are so sweet and welcoming and very friendly. my nail tech always does such a good job and gets it done very fast, i just went today for a fill and i am so happy with the result!
I have been going here for months, a bit under a year. I have been really happy with my services except for my last two fills. Van and Andy have previously been very charming and provided GREAT services from waxing to nails. At the beginning of the month, maybe around the 4th, I noticed 5 of my nails were cracked and or chipped a week and a half after I had gotten a fill. I usually only get a fill every 3-4 weeks, so this was pretty strange. When I went in Saturday, 4/6/24, I showed Van the 5 broken nails (4 had cracks in the tips and one was chipping at the side). She told me I was due for a fill and she would fix them. I told her it was a bit early for me, but okay. Rather than replace all the broken nails, she applied more acrylic to 4 and replaced 1. I vocalized my concern with the nails failing if not replaced. She reassured me. I paid full price for the service, tipped and thanked her for what I had hoped was a good job. Well, when I went to change my shirt two days later to go out for the eclipse, my one nail snapped off at the half way point, while I was putting my hand in my sleeve. I went as soon as they opened Tuesday and Andy took me. He tried to apply more acrylic to the tip on top of my natural nail that I filed down after the break. I asked, how will you get them to the same length? The nail isn’t even close to the same length anymore? He and I went back and forth until Van told him to change the nail like I wanted. The next night (Wednesday), I was speaking with a coworker and went to itch my leg and another nail snapped off, on top of nail bed. Ow. That hurt. So, the next morning, for the 3rd time in 6 days, I go back to get the nail fixed. I expressed how upset I was that I had to drive an hour and change round trip three times this week to have my nails fixed. I made sure to also mention these were the same nails that I asked to be replaced when I initially came in. Van proceeded to blame me. I chose not to speak much after that, only doing so when etiquette dictated. *To be clear and fair, I did not have to pay for the two nail repairs that occurred after getting the fill on 4/6.* I have been a loyal customer for around 8-10 months at this point. I ALWAYS tip 18-20% on top of services and believe people should be treated fairly and with respect. However, due to the repeated poor work quality and customer service, I will not be returning. I would advise others to look elsewhere either. We all work hard for our money. We shouldn’t pay for bad services, we won’t even get into the frustration of wasted time. Good luck out there! Be safe, be happy, have gorgeous nails 💅 *update - A third nail has been lost! I have to have the set removed and a new one put on. What a waste of money. (Outdoor picture is of nail break one, the middle finger was the second to break, thumb is the third nail)
I had these nails done about two weeks ago, even grown out they are still as good and beautiful as they were before. I go here regularly and the staff is always incredibly nice to me. Prices are always relatively cheap and understandable compared to others. They always do me right! The blues ones are the most recent ones I’ve had done that I am in love with but there are pictures of other nails I’ve had done previously, along with my friends red heart nails that she also had done with me. Edit: I continue to add new nail pictures to this post!
Came into this nail salon for graduation nails. The salon is dirty. The nail tech doesn't change the sanding bands out to each customer. She uses the same buffer used on prior customers. As you can see in the pics the gel polish doesn't cover half the nail. When I asked about this she tried to blame it in the powder. Lol. She sanded the work off and redid it but the second time was no better. She even asked me for a tip! She charged $55 for this job but the prices listed on the salon wall were way different. My daughter had a medium length set done and she charged the same price. She said the nails were long. The nails looked nothing like the picture she was given. Her nails were uneven and the gel polish bubbled 3 hours later. We will not be returning to this nail salon.
